  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49 will be applicable.
  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders (no minimum cart value).

We ship across India through trusted courier partners, using both surface and air transportation, depending on the delivery location and product availability.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Typical delivery time: 2–7 business days from the date of order placement.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on delivery location and product availability.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account on www.raymax.store.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us.
  • In such cases, the product cost will be refunded after deducting applicable shipping charges.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order.
  • We are not responsible for non‑delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
