1. Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Email us at support@raymax.store with your order number, description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged product.
- Once we verify the damage, we will offer you either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
2. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Email us at support@raymax.store with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will initiate the exchange process.
3. Returns
If you wish to return a product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Email us at support@raymax.store with your order number and reason for return.
- The product must be returned:
- In its original packaging
- With all accessories, tags, and labels intact
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Note: Shipping or express delivery charges paid during your order are non‑refundable.
5. Exclusions
Our refund and return policy does not cover:
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage after delivery
- Products that have been tampered with, altered, or repaired by unauthorized persons
- Products purchased during sales, promotions, or customized/personalized products
- Any request made after 7 days of receiving the product
- Undelivered customized products returned to origin (RTO) — the full amount will be forfeited
