RETURN POLICY:

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within days of receipt of the product. You can contact us through our customer service channels or by sending an email to support@raymax.store. Please include your order number and the reason for return. Once we receive the returned product in its original packaging along with all accessories, tags, and labels, we will initiate the refund process. Any product/item purchased under Sales or Customized Product will not be Refund/Return or Exchange
